Please read the below Terms & Conditions carefully before you purchase – by making a purchase you have agreed to and are bound but them. As a user of this website you should be aware that Bonnie Bridles holds the right to change these terms & conditions at any however this does not affect your Statutory Rights

Pricing & Payments

We (Bonnie Bridles) are based in Scotland, UK, so all our prices are in GBP Pound Sterling currency. For domestic United Kingdom (UK) all prices and postage are inclusive of VAT at 20% (this excludes the Channel Islands). For all International Sales and the Channel Islands all prices and postage are all exclusive of VAT and therefore zero rated. We make every effort to give accurate and competitive prices however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances or stock issues we reserve the right to discontinue any item or change any prices if necessary without prior notification.

We accept all major debit/credit cards via Paypal at checkout, and UK customers also have the option for bank transfer. Goods will only be dispatched once payment is received in full. Some of our products offer a “Free Item” when ordering a product which is subject to availability so ordering the said product does not guarantee the customer the “Free Item”. Should the product ordered, with the attached free item, be requested for return or exchange, the “Free Item” will also be required to be returned.

If you have a valid Promotional/Discount Code then you can enter it into the Code box at checkout and your order will be discounted accordingly. Please check the expiry date and any limitations as they normally run for a limited time only and may be restricted to certain brands, products or categories. Codes have no cash redemption value and are not transferrable or assignable. Unless otherwise stated Codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer. Please note that Promotional /Discount Codes are subject to change, can be withdrawn at any time and only one Code can be entered per order.

Orders & Cancelling

We hold the right to decline any order at our discretion if necessary and you order will have been accepted when we dispatch the goods that you have ordered. For the protection of both you and us we will sometimes validate personal information given to us during the order process with third-party organisations. By submitting these details you agree to these checks and all data will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

If you wish to amend or cancel an order after you have placed it please email us straight away to [email protected]. Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to amend or cancel it for you and you would need to return it to us for a refund/exchange. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any Custom made/bespoke/ special order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling however; you will need to notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel under the DSR and then return within 14 days of notifying us.

Custom made/bespoke/ special order may vary in lead-time depending upon if they need to be made from scratch or if they are in stock with a supplier but need time to be shipped over to us. Please note we do not accept returns on these and if you wish to amend or cancel your order you will need to notify us within 24hrs of having placed the order, please email [email protected]

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment however during busy trading periods or if there is a restocking issue some delay may occur. All orders are subject to availability however sometimes a supplier may change or discontinue an item without our prior knowledge. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. If there is any delay or issue with your order we will notify you of this as soon as possible so that you have the option to cancel, continue or amend your order. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (delivery estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated) stated, however, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods. As we use the Post Office service if there is no-one available when the post is delivered it may be left in a designated safe place or with your neighbour, or if this is not available it will go back to your local Post/Delivery Office to await collection. Please make sure you collect your parcels within the allocated time-frame so they are not returned to sender as if this happens you will have to pay to have it reposted.

Sometimes situations occur in the post that are out with our control and we ask that you please be aware of this. We keep up to date with any domestic and international incidents that may affect delivery timescales and will keep you informed of any issues. Imports & Customs

For countries out-with the UK there may be taxes and fees or other charges that you may be liable for which are levied once the parcel reaches the destination country. Please check with your local customs office before the order is placed as these charges vary from country to country (and state to state in the US) and we do not have a control over these charges. We accept no liability for any governmental controls in the handling and shipping of goods in respect of all countries. If local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by the buyer then the item could be returned to us or possibly even destroyed. Please do not message us asking to mark the customs declaration as a gift or for a reduced value as this is against UK law.

When returning goods back to us from abroad please make sure you complete the customs declaration form correctly using the correct price that you paid for the item and ticking the β€œReturns/Returned Goods” box, NOT β€œMerchandise”. If we receive a return where the customs form has been incorrectly completed the buyer will be liable for any customs, import duty and/or vat charged and we also reserve the right to refuse delivery.
