Delivery Information

Where do you post to?

We post worldwide! No country is too far.

How much is postage and how long does it take?

We want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible whilst keeping the cost to a minimum. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days for stock items however this excludes back order & bespoke/special order items which all have longer lead-times as detailed on the product page. Back order items can be sent either together with your main order (order held until back order arrives, 1x postage fee) or sent out separately once  arrived in stock (additional postage fee). We use Royal Mail for most dispatches as we have found them to be the most reliable and cost effective overall however for larger parcels we may have to use a courier. If you need your order urgently or would prefer a courier please email us straight away to urgent@bonnie-bridles.co.uk and if it’s possible we’ll arrange it with you. Please note all postage time-frames are estimates and there may be delays which are out with our control.

UK (includes NI, Highlands and Islands) postage is flat rate no matter how large your order:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 days) £3.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-3 days) £4.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) £10.00
EVRI (2-4 days) £4.95
Please note t the above delivery time-frames are ESTIMATES and not guaranteed. Any industrial strike action from Royal Mail and Courier services may cause delays which is completely outwith our control and we make no guarantees on any quoted delivery time-frames.

INTERNATIONAL shipping is a flat rate cost so no matter how much you order.

What about customs and import fees?

For countries out with the UK there might be taxes, duty, fees and other charges that you may be liable for which are levied once the parcel reaches the destination country. Please check with your local Government import office before the order is placed as these charges vary from country to country (and state to state in the US) and we do not have a control over these charges. We accept no liability for any governmental controls in the handling and shipping of goods in respect of all countries. If local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by the buyer then the item could be returned to us or possibly even destroyed. Please do not message us asking to mark the customs declaration as a gift or for a reduced value as this is against UK law.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Please get in touch straight away to let us know if your order hasn’t arrived in time so we can try and trace it. As we use the Post Office service if there is no-one available when the post is delivered it may be left in a designated safe place or with your neighbour, or if this is not available it will go back to your local Post/Delivery Office to await collection. Please make sure you collect your parcels within the allocated time-frame so they are not returned to sender as if this happens you will have to pay to have it reposted.

Sometimes situations occur in the post that are out with our control and we ask that you please be aware of this. We keep up to date with any domestic and international incidents that may affect delivery timescales and will keep you informed of any issues. You can also keep an eye on any situations on the Royal Mail website:
